Internal application error of BO EHHSS_INCIDENT of component EHS-MGM-INC-REC

Hi Folks,

I am working on FPM Enhancement of SAP EHS Management.

In this enhancement, customer needs to add couple custom fields in standard FPM Incident management. Later I have deleted the appended structures from the standard tables/structures which are not required(added by me).

Now challenge is that I have deleted added unwanted appended structures from the standard structures. Now I am getting short dump in EHHSS_INCIDENT. Apart from there is no information.

Could you please help me on this. I am unable to positive response while googling or not much threads on this. I have attached the dump analysis.
