Creating custom field in SAP GRC PC Assessment and showing in webdynpro

Hello Team,

I need to show some user defined fields in the PC report H4. So in the spro path spro -> GRC-> reporting -> Maintain report configuration, I added the new field in the columns. Then in the SPRO path GRC -> General Settings -> user defined field -> Non HR defined fields and created entry in the use data elements to enhance the data storage for mutiple value fields.

I find the output column added in the nwbc report and I also implemented Badi GRPC_REPORT_DATA.

My ask is if it is the correct way of proceeding.

Also on reading SAP documents, they are suggesting to copy a standard and copy the function groups.But I am not sure how internally the new z structure can be called for this Z program.

Any suggestions please.

Sorry for the late reply. However the document you provided talks about

Prerequisite(s) Custom Defined Field(s) are already defined.

Do you know how these fields are defined. Because that is where am stuck.

Also I checked the note

I added the custom fields to the structure CI_GRPC_ORGUNIT under the field group structure GRPC_S_REP_OUT_H4 , still it doesnt appear in the webdynpro output. Anything am missing.
