CR shuts down / Cannot remove connection

I have a problem with CR 2013 shutting down whenever i attempt to refresh any report.  It appears that this is related to a mysterious connection which is showing up.  It has the same name as my main database, but has "_1" appended to the end.  (ie: my database - "wms"; strange connection - "wms_1")  I cannot find any reference to this connection in any report, but I cannot delete it, and when I right-click it and choose Properties, CR shuts down.

The workstation is running Win 7 Pro 64bit.  I am attempting to connect to to an Oracle database.  I have added the connection using the appropriate 32-bit maintenance interface, and testing the connection there is successful.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Bill,

What patch do you have fro CR 2013?

The _1 is because CR is Aliasing the table because it can't resolve the name by itself. This was also an issue in older reports.

Also, the My Connections of the data wizard you can remove them by simply right clicking on it and selecting delete on any one of them.
