GRC 10.1 Access Request Error While Inserting Request Details

Dear GRC Experts;

We are using GRC 10.1 SP 13, we got error at access request screen when creating request with any type. The error says "Error while inserting request details" and we couldn't create any request. At beginning we didn't get this error, we are not sure what activity occurs this situation.

I looked for the solutions , we checked se75 GRC configuration is ok, also we checked number range of intervals, nothing happened. Also we change request reason as mandatory to "No" , but nothing happened again, we are still getting error.

Can you suggest us any solution?

You can find the screenshot of error at attachement.

Best Regards,

Dear Experts;

Our problem is solved, by increasing tablespace. We figured out the problem by creating a user at SU01 and we got dump. When we looked into dump we figured out that there s no space at tablespace and we couldn't record any entry to any table because of no space.

Thanks for your helpings and supports.

Hi Plaban;

We checked SE75 transaction and also the tables TTXOB, TTXOT, TTXOID, TTXOIT had entries with "GRC", so everything is seems ok. Can yıu suggest something else?

Thanks for your helpings and supports.

Hi Dilara,

Can you check the following

1.SLG1 logs and ST22 dumps if any?

2.Check the status of the instance in MSMP runtime instance monitor(GRFNMW_DBGMONITOR_WD).

3. WF-BATCH has all the authorizations. Try assigning SAP_ALL and SAP_NEW with all GRAC roles

4. If the request is submitted from end user logon page the guest user should be of type SERVICE and try assigning SAP_ALL and SAP_NEW with all GRAC roles to the Guest user.

5. Number Range Interval is maintained properly.

Let us know

Hi Manjunath;

1- There is no log or dumps.

2- At GRFNMW_DBGMONITOR_WD there isn't any request with error.

3- WF-BATCH user has all authorizations.

4- The guest user has all authorizations.

5- The last request which is created succesfully is "280", bu NF status at Number Range Interval is "296" , I think although we got errors, the nf status increased. Is it got trouble?

I think everything is ok, but we are still getting error. Can you suggest us anything else.

Thanks for your helpings and supports.
