CRM Embedded search first call of the day is slow

Hallo,

we have configured ESC in CRM WEBUI (Accounts, Activities and Opportunities).

We noticed the first search of the day takes a long time.

Once finished any further searches come back with the result as expected.

Can you provide a tip, how to make sure, the first call of the day is also very fast ?

We are thinking of scheduling a job of a program , to call a search.

Perhaps you can provide ABAP code for a simple search ?

Hi Frank, what's your TREX version ? If you have at least REV 67 installed you can run the check_esh.py script attached on the note 2227741 for checking the settings (most likely your issue related to the disabled preload ) . I also would like to recommend to update the TREX to the REV 70. If this still doesn't fix your issue could you please create an OSS incident so that we could look into your system.
