Email Notification is not sending out password

Hello,

We are currently using GRC 10.1 SP12.

Upon access request submission, the system line item and role item is added however our notification is not sending password for new account creation.

A separate path for the System Line Item is created with no stages. The set-up also include default role wherein the approvers in the first stage of each path will provide their approval for the default role along with the requested roles.

Notification has %PROVISIONING% variable.

Provisioning take place at the end of each path. Please advise if how can we resolve this issue.

Hi Jill,

Please check the "Maintain Provisioning Settings" in SPRO & verify that the Email Status > Send Password is set to "Yes".

Path: SPRO > GRC > AC > User Provisioning > Maintain Prov. Settings > Maintain Global provisioning configuration.
