Target Mappings in Fiori Launchpad Designer

Hi everyone!

We are work with "Display G/L Account Balances" & "Display G/L Account Line Items", we could not see these applications in tablet and phone by the target mapping of these applications;

We modify the target mapping !

Now we can see these apps on tablet and phone without problems...

Well, only one, for the moment only occurs in desktop, "Display G/L Account Balances" & "Display G/L Account Line Items" apps are related, when we click on amount of "Display G/L Account Balances" (for example 38.180,00)

direct us to "Display G/L Account Line Items" to see the detail, but we have the next error:

Maybe are the Company Code,Ledger Parameters...

In another environment, we can see that parameters are passed automatically, but with the change of target mapping something is wrong..

Any ideas to pass the parameters?

An update;

By the moment we are thinking that might be related with this message;

"Personalization Service container key ("fin.gl.balances2fin.gl.lineitems/~C34138B9853FD555C2D0CCF127C84F51~C") should be less than 40 characters [current :68] -  "

LEN(fin.gl.balances2fin.gl.lineitems/~C34138B9853FD555C2D0CCF127C84F51~C)=68

Maybe, the calling app does not pass parameters by the length error.

We are trying to resolve this with LaunchPad Designer;

Any ideas?

on which Netweaver release are you running (7.40/7.50 Sp?).

Does the app need some kind of parameter mapping, so that parameters fit the application called?

Hi Carola!

We are in Netweaver 740 SP-Level 0014, Embedded deployment, SAP_UI 740 SP 0015...

Today we resolve this issue, for the moment we have only tested the change mapping with these 2 apps. We hope to try change the target mapping from other apps.

Now these 2 apps, work perfect in Desktop, Tablet and Phone...

We create an incident and SAP suggested these tips:

So, first we apply all mandatory notes:

*apply all mandatory notes

Then, we upgrade the SAPUI5 runtime version to 1.28.31 ( 2290098 - SAPUI5 upgrade to version 1.28.31)

We tried, and  everything worked ok.

Any error message in the developer view.

- We have another enviroment with:

SAPUI5 runtime version 1.28.31

SAP_UI 740 SP 0016

NETWEAVER  740 SP13 (central hub deployment)

and here we dont have any issue, so it was a combination of notes and SAPUI5 runtime version.
