Hello Bharath,

Please ensure the entries in table CRMC_BUT_CALL_FU are aligned accordingly to the notes 908157 and 757955.

Also, I wrote a KBA 2300784 about how to deal with the validation bdoc errors.

Please refer the steps and check if this helps.

Dear Bharath,

The error is normally caused by the incorrect entries in table CRMC_BUT_CALL_FU of your CRM system.

Please firstly go to table CRMC_BUT_CALL_FU via tcode SM30, then compare the entries in note 908157 and 757955. You should make sure the entries for CRMIN and CRMOU are exactly the same as the entries in note 757955. Also, please make sure the entries in note 908157 are de-activated in your system.

Please let me know if this could not help to resolve the error.

i checked in SM30 and SE16 tcodes, i didnt find the note 908157 and 757955.

You could find the notes from SAP support portal:

Also, I saw in the table CRMC_BUT_CALL_FU, there are many Z function modules. Could you please de-activate the Z FMs then check if the error still happens?
