hi experts

my doubts is  my client company its a MNC all over the world they have companys nearly 50 country's

head quarter is U.S.  they want  switch to sap.

now my questions is  shall we create 1.company & 50 company code s for 50 country's

or

just we can do only 1 company & company code for U.S.A.  remaining countrys can we do roll out ?

which one is correct in real time scenario?

Hello Sekar,

You will require 1 company code for each branch in different country, considering each will be a different legal entity. Also this approach will have you better flexibility to gain reporting at each country level. If you want Financial consolidation, you can use SAP BPC which will be a complete solution.

Now coming to the approach to go about, best way will be to have a roll out done at the head quarters, make a global template and do roll out along with localisation requirements at each country. Hope this solves your query.
