One of the things that has always struck me as odd is that SAP does not seem supply a standard way to upload JE's from Excel. Or am I missing something? Do you all have to write your own programs to do this?
Any suggestions on how to get this turned around fairly quickly?
Thanks for any help offered on this.
Hi Scott,
We have multiple ways to upload journal entry into sap.
(1) LSMW --- Legacy System migration work bench
(2) BDC -- Batch data conversion
(3) Winshuttle --- External tool
LSMW have functional consultant can able to upload balances.
BDC we need to take help from ABAPer to write program to upload transaction.
Winshuttle directly record the transaction and maintain excel and upload.
But winshuttle little bit costly.
If you need any further information feel free to contact.

We've implemented a BDC based solution, and it's pretty robust.
It might also be worthwhile to look at Z Option, a 3rd party tool - saw a demo recently, and it has some nifty features, including an automatic split for postings of more than 999 entries.

Hi,
Use LSMW or BDC methods.
