We need to track change history for Activity- Appointment.
We can see that System is tracking change history for all the fields except "Reason" and Ext No."(Under "Details" tab- "Reason" Section)
For "Reason", "Change Document" flag is marked in the data element. But still changes are not tracked.
For "Ext No.", "Change document" flag is not marked.
As both "Reason" and "Ext No." are SAP standard fields, we are not able to modify the data element.
Is there any configuration which needs to be done to make these fields enable for change history?
