SAP WDJ - Adobe Interactive Form Issue

Hello Experts,

We have an Adobe interactive form in WebDynpro Java application. When a user submits the form, We are storing entire form in a KM repository. We are migrating portals from 7.01 to 7.40. After the migration, all user entries which are not mapped to context attributes is lost when uploaded to KM repository. Only entries which are mapped to context attributes is retained.

Values exist at the time of submitting action. Has anyone had the similar issue? Your response is much appreciated.

Created context elements for all the form UI input elements. Raised SAP Incident but it was not going anywhere, so fixed with the manual solution.
