Hi Wuilmer,
Please ensure that you have:
1. Completed all the basic setups and configurations in the Consolidation company,
2. Consolidation Accounts Mapping has been accomplished in Head Office and Branch companies.
3. Exchange Rates, if required, are defined in the Consolidation company.
If the issue even persists, please raise an incident with SAP GSC.

Hi Wuilmer,
In that case, re-install Intercompany Integration Solution as well i.e. run the Intercompany scenario installer again. Then re-deploy the solution and save the key mapping data again for Currency object.
If the issue still persists, then raise a support incident with SAP GSC.
