How to identify the root cause the the failure transactions in Intercompany Administration Console

Hi Experts,

User updated the price for the item master but intercompany is not syncing to another company. So I checked the intercompany administration console, I got a transactions under a Failure sections. Below is the error message.

"com.sap.b1i.xcellerator.XcelleratorException: XCE001 Nested exception: com.sap.b1i.bizprocessor.BizProcException: BPE001 Nested exception: com.sap.b1i.xcellerator.XcelleratorException: XCE001 Nested exception: com.sap.b1i.xcellerator.XcelleratorException: XCE001 Nested exception: java.lang.RuntimeException: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.sap.smb.sbo.api.SBOCOMUtil"

Please see the attached screen shot of the error.

How can I identify the root cause of the error?

Hi Yee Mon,

It seems that the test connections in SLD registration page are not working and Intercompany Solution is also not deployed. Try to un-install/re-install DI API.

Please check this, and if the issue still persists, then please raise a support ticket with SAP GSC.
