We have web Application written in .net which needs to print a line in MICR font. The font appears fine in Crystal but when rendered in MS Word for printing. it is displayed as a different font. The MICR font is installed on both the server and Workstation that the program was accessed from.
Our Crystal is vers Xi and 64 bit Win 2008R2 server
XI is end of life long time ago and never tested on 2008 Server.
You can try XI R2 SP 6:
http://downloads.businessobjects.com/akdlm/crystalreports/crxir2_sp4_full_bld_0-20008684.exe
http://downloads.businessobjects.com/akdlm/crystalreports/CRYSTALREPORTS06_0-20008684.EXE
Use the same keycode you used for XI, it may help.
If the font is being replaced it's likely due to licensing, CR is not allowed to distribute licensed fonts.

Ludek;
I have installed the SP in my desktop and modified the report; still I have the same issue; is anyway u can help me on this please?
interestedly I found one thing after export to RTF format
"TROY E_13B SCREEN FONT" AFTER EXPORTED to RTF or Doc format the font come like this "TROY E\_13B SCREEN FONT" WHICH ADD THE "/" character to original font
how I can Avoid to this happen
On a clean PC, never had CR installed on it, download the test app in this KBA: 2163438,
install CR for VS runtime SP 17 from here:
http://downloads.businessobjects.com/akdlm/cr4vs2010/CRforVS_redist_install_32bit_13_0_17.zip
Located in the \bin folder there is an EXE, run that and then using the report with saved data try Exporting from the viewer and see if that works.
If it does then it would seem there was a bug in XI R1/2 that was fixed. Then only option is to get VS 2010 or above and CR for VS from here:
http://downloads.businessobjects.com/akdlm/cr4vs2010/CRforVS_13_0_17.exe
And rebuild your app and redeploy using SP 17 runtime.
XI R2 is end of life an no more patches available.
