Password authentication for transports

Hi,

a customer of us, likes to have password authentication for transports over TMS Workflow.

So in some Point of the workflow, after creating the transport the transport has to be approved and imported in the target System, which ist made in Transaction SBWP. Here (Transaktion SBWP) the customer wants a password request.

Is this possible ?

Hi,

  From my suggestion, first find out which workflow is triggering . Then copy the satndard workflow. Add one  activity step with custom method having  password prompt  after  the user decision step.  Then use this workflow instead of  standard workflow

Hi

If you mean, password request from target system when "transport proposal" is accepted - it's possible.

Moreover I saw this as default behavior but it isn't work when you extend standard authorizations for TMS RFC destinations users.
