Where to see lease contract no if you have PO no?

Hi

I have PO no and want to find Lease contract no but it is giving me Sales order no

Is it possible that lease contract no and sales order no is same ?

or what is the best way to find lease contract no in tables and I have tried VBKD and VBGEL is blank.

Hi,

In VBAK table enter the P.O Number in " BSTNK"  and Sales Document type "VBTYP" as "G"  .

I have tried this and it is giving me message no data was selected

with sales doc it is giving me PO no and sold to party no but not with PO no noting is coming back
