Dear All,
In our landscape, user are facing issue whenever they try to load the login page of BO. Initially it shows blank page and if we refresh the page more than three times, then the page opens normally. Please find below the version details and find attached the screen shot of loading page.
Version Details:
BO 4.1 SP5
Chrome Browser: Version 51.0.2704.106 m (64-bit)

only 64 bit browser are supported.
As per PAM:-
Only 32-bit browsers are supported, except for Safari on OS X, which is only available as a 64-bit browser. In the case of IE10, this means “Enhanced Protected Mode” (64-bit content processes) is not supported; the IE 10 application itself (the “Manager” process) is always 64-bit on 64-bit systems and this is supported.
Touch screen interactions are not supported.

Thanks for your time. Our problem is, after we entered URL, the logon page will not open in first attempt and if we refresh more times then the logon page opens and everything is normal. So i dont think it is compatible issue, if so it should not act normal after many refresh.
