Sales Based Lease Agreement Issue

Hi guys,

I have configured SBR for the first time and i am done wit contract creation after meeting all the prerequisites given in SAP help link Sales-Based Rent Settlement - Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX) - SAP Library  

Sales report has also been entered in reporting rule along with Graduated sales slabs in Sales rules. In simulation view of contract there is no cash flow seen and when i run RESRSE for the due date it shows me following . I am also attaching selection parameters given in RESRSE. Please guide me on it.

Hi Atif,

please change the settlement step to "SB  05 Simulation of Posting Costs" then you should get either the simulated documents or the simulation of the cashflow items generated (if you activated "Post using cashflow" in the contract).
