Dear Friends,
As per requirement, For an employee who completed 8 years 5 month 27 days of service,after separation his Gratuity should be calculated on the basis of 8 years whereas for 8 year 6 month 1 day or more it should be 9 year. But with our custom rule it is not working. Kindly suggest:
