Hi Warranty Gurus,
My scenario is to capture end user information in warranty claim creation.
I want to business user to enter information in Claim and get processed as same as one time customer in SD customer master.
Any suggestion or solution to acheive this functionality

Hi Venkata,
By SAP Standard there is no standard process to update end customer details from the claim,
However if the claim is submitted through some portal then by you can create a bespoke UI screen for the user to fill in the information. Then fill customer details in SAP Business Partners & call standard Vehicle action "ADCU"
By standard there is no option to update customer details in WTY screen.
If you still have to do it on WTY screen then you need an additional tab in the claim of end customer master, which screen needs to be designed & tab can be added using the Layout configuration screen.
At the save of the claim you need to update the customer details against the vehicle, basically trigger ADCU in the user exit.
