Hi Experts,

Kindly please help us. We are facing an issue that the price list of a specific material is not present in commpr01. but when we have checked the download result via middleware we can see that it was successfully posted with the price list.

Is there a way on how the price list will appear?

Thank you in advance.

Hi Mangesh,

Thank you for the reply. Actually we already did to download the condition adaptor object with the corresponding ERP table but still the price list wont show. The weird part is that upon checking on middleware the information was already interfaced in CRM meaning the price list and the material info was shown based on the info for that particular BDOC. But still if you check the material itself the price list is not present. Is there any steps that need to take in order for me to resolve the issue?

Hi Mark,

Could you check if your ERP condition type is maintained in the condition maintenance group in CRM:

SPRO - CRM - Master Data - Conditions and Condition Technique - Condition Technique: Basics - Create Maintenance Group

Also if the maintenance group is assigned to the GCM context in CRM:

SPRO - CRM - Master Data - Conditions and Condition Technique - Condition Technique: Basics - Define maintenance groups for context

hope this helps

Hi Mangesh,

Thank you for the feedback.  But it was maintained for both system. In fact some of materials has price list showing on it but for this particular material the price list is not visible. I also tried to manually update it via webui but getting these message. Are you familiar on this message?

Thank you in advance.

Hi Mark,

The second error related to ZPR0 is because you are trying to maintain price in CRM for ERP pricing condition type, which it wont allow.

Our issue mainly is that the price is still not visible in your product which has been downloaded successfully from ERP. We can two more things:

Check the pricing table in CRM, CNCCRMPR<SAP TABLE>. Suppose you have maintained condition for ERP table SAP004, then the pricing table in CRM will be CNCCRMPRSAP004. As some of your products are showing prices, you can click on details button under Conditions tab to check the SAP table. Check if the data is getting filled in this table for your product.

If there is no data here, then I would suggest that you download the pricing adaptor object again from ERP to CRM as you had done earlier and check the log in SLG1 in CRM. It should show the reason for the condition record not getting downloaded to CRM.

Hi Mark,

I would suggest that you try downloading the conditions adaptor object with respect to the ERP condition table for which the price has been maintained.

For instance, if you had maintained PR00 for the material in ERP, the ERP condition table would be A304.

In CRM, in transaction, R3AC5, check if you have the respective adaptor object for the corresponding ERP table. For A304,the adaptor object is DNL_COND_A304. If you have custom table, then create the adaptor object and maintain the table under Tables/structures tab under the adaptor object. Download the adaptor object and check if the prices reflect in commpr01.
