Batches assignment in PP-PI Process Orders

Hi experts,

Could you confirm me that the batch assignment is not limited to one batch for one line of component in the BOM of a process order ? I have no access to a SAP system right now to verify but I have in mind that the steps are as following: the user open the order, open the BOM, select a line of component , open a tab "batches' then the user is front of a table in which he may set a list of several batches. Right ?

Hi Gerard,

Yes, you are correct. in Production.Process Orders you can assign multiple batches to the same Component line.
