GRC NWBC is not working - ERROR: Secure Storage: Error in RSEC (termination: ERROR_MESSAGE_STATE)

Folks - I happened through all the posts relevant to my error but couldn't get the stuff I am looking for... pls let me know what are the prerequisites to set up NWBC...and why am I seeing this strange error...pls advise
