Hi Darell,
Can you please provide message ID and Message Number to see where it is triggered from? In worst case you can debug the billing run after placing break-point on the where-used list of this message - 'Billing Terminated, Price Zero for Contract <>'

So this is a custom message - probably triggered in a user exit customized for you. You'll need to investigate there since it is not standard.

As this is an error message triggered from custom custom code, it will be easy for you to investigate as suggested in my previous reply 🙂
