Barra de menu sumiu.

Pessoal uma dúvida com BO 6.5

Usuário ao acessar hoje, se deparou que não carrega a barra de menu. Segue print.

Dúvida, tem alguma configuração ?

Não carregou a barra a baixo.

Como esta apresentando para usuário.

Hello Maicon,

you are saying that the menu bar of Deski partially disappeared, right?

Please try this  https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/1206017/E 

If you cannot access it try to:

1. Ensure that the BusinessObjects module is open and active.
2. Press Alt + F11 to activate the VBA window.
3. Press CTRL + G for the Immediate Window if it is not already open.
4. Type the following line into the Immediate Window:  Application.cmdbars.activemenubar.visible = true
5. Click Enter.
