Hello,
We are starting an implementation of BPC 10.1 for Microsoft Platform 10.1, and the client asked me if it support SQL Server 2016 Enterprise Edition as database and OLAP server.
I have checked de product PAM, but it doesnt say anything about this version, I suppose because the PAM was release on march, before the release of SQL 2016. It only says:
Database Version
SQL Server 2008 Enterprise Edition
SQL Server 2008 R2 Enterprise Edition
SQL Server 2012 Enterprise Edition
SQL Server 2014 Enterprise Edition in SP02 and later releases
SQL Server 2014 Business Intelligence Edition in SP05 and later releases
Does anyone know if it is supported, or has some data on from wich SP BPC will support it?
Thanks in advance!
Regards,
Agustin.
Hello Agustin,
SQL Server 2016 is not supported yet with BPC MS version. Also, there is no visibility right now from dev team when it will be supported.

If you are still unable to get the required details you are looking for, a message to SAP will be very helpful for you in planning your implementation.
