SAP GUI for HTML showing error while running on Browser

Hi All,

I have activated the webgui service for my System but is showing the following error while running on browser.

The following service used to call SAP GUI on Browser. 

Kindly suggest the solution .

Please involve your basis team to tune you application instance memory.

Please update whether the issue is resolved. check whether the solution provided & the matter issue discussion by me in the below link fits your issue,

In your matter, what I can see that you can free up memory processes. Better in this context you go for a restart of your system & I am sure that this error will not occur next time.

Hi Rewati,

Additionally, check New user session denied due to memory bottleneck - Wiki - SCN Wiki.

Solution:

The root cause of the issue that the value of parameter em/global_area_MB is too low in the system comparing to the memory consumption.

The solution is to increase the value of it.
