Hi Gurus,
How is the working of price agreement on sales contract?
We hope when we create a Sales Order with referent a Sales Contract the price will be copy to Sales Order.
The price on sales order is different to the price agreement of sales contract.
Example:
Customer = 500001
Normal Price of product CRM_PROD01 = 200 USD.
The customer 500001 has a sales contract (60000) for the product CRM_PROD01, with a price agreement = 180 USD. The Item was released.
When we create a sales order for the customer 500001, product CRM_PROD01 and select the contract 60000. The price of sales order is 200 USD and we hoped the price should be 180 USD.
Best regards.
Hello,
As highlighted by Spencer, the price of the item in your follow-up document is based on the copy control settings defined at item level.
If you want to keep the calculation made in the predecessor, you can choose copy configuration G (or D) in the copy control for the corresponding item categories.
You can find screen prints attached below for more clarity.
Have a great day!
Maxime.

Hi,
please check
https://wiki.scn.sap.com/wiki/display/CRM/Copy+Control+of+CRM+Business+Transactions
Check if you have maintained copy price agreement in copy control for transaction type,
and set copy condition to G in copy control for item category.
Thank you.
Spencer
