Can't change e-mail

Hi -

I cannot find an option to change my e-mail adress. Can anyone help me?

Hi MoazzaM -

I've found this option. The cloud identitiy shows a different mail adress from the one in my actual contact card/profile.

How can I harmonize this?

Hi,

currently the option to change email address in not enabled.

I suggest reaching out to the support team sapnetwork@sap.com update them about the conflict
and ask them to manually update your eamil address in Jive so that it is the same as on the cloud identity.

Please follow what David suggested. I also got my email address changed today by SCN support team. They can change it manually. Just request them in email.

By seeing this conversation, although marked as answered, I got curious to know what would happen further mentioned in the below, in case I click the Register Button below ,

Here I can see my personal e-mail id & was wondering if it would also update my details in the new cloud-Identity.
