BPM task unable to nominate to user in NWA

Hi Experts,

I am unable to nominate the BPM task in NWA -->operation management-->process and task-->manage task ...

here the Nominate button was disable mode.. and How to enable it?

Hi,

I think the issue is coming due to not having Role.

Assign the BPM_SuperAdmin Role to the user who is accessing nwa.

Hi Rohit,

i am facing one more issue after nominate the task to user (XX manger) but the task unable see  in UWL list...

i have checked in task owner list the user its showing administrator ...

after approve the leave request its automatically went to Venkat sanikommu user...

Now i want change to Z-MSS user ... the Z-MSS user its showing administrator .. how to change from administrator to Potential Owner.

you can easily nominate the task to Z-MSS user, once user will take action on task, it will become the Potential owner.

Hi,

maybe you need to suspend the task first using the Actions button. I say maybe because I don't remember if the suspend works also for tasks and not only for processes.
