Error message in IT0007 Work Schedule

Dear Team,

I have created new Personnel Area BY02 and then maintained all respective configuration in SPRO. Now i am trying to hire new employee for same PA but in IT0007 Work Schedule its error message "No Work Schedule Rule for key1 BY78NORM  20160901"

Hello Rajavi,

This message simply informs that you need to create entry with key from message in the maintenance view SM30->V_T508A (work schedule rule). Beware that entries in field work schedule rule depend on subgroup grouping, calendar key and subarea grouping in you case: 1,BY,78 just like in the message.

Usually this problem due to grouping issue and other one is validity period's, Let say if we configure work schedule from 01.04.2016 and assign work schedule from 01.04.2016. Then we face the issue so while configuring work schedule rule from date should be less than IT0007 start date make it 01.01.2016 and check, other one is as mentioned Groupings.
