SAP BW CRM Extractor 0CRM_SALES_ACT_1--Records are missing

Hi Experts,

We are using SAP Standard extractor "0CRM_SALES_ACT_1".Records belonging to the Transaction Number--8000928092 are not picking up into SAP BI for the Status Changed Date on 29th August 2016 in SAP CRM System.

As per SAP CRM System Status Changed Date is 29th August 2016,but SAP BW Report is showing incorrectly as 24th August 2016.

The same issue is happened to the Transaction Number--8000935076 as well.

CRM System Status Changed Date is 20th September 2016,but SAP BW Report is showing incorrectly as 1st September 2016.

Please help..

did you refresh the report?

did you load the InfoCube on which the report has been built?
