Dear All,

Is it possible to have two different categorization schema for two different transaction type ( Z001 and Z002 ), both the transaction type has same subject profile assigned to it, which has application area - Business activity and Parameter - Subject profile. It is used in Interaction center for Interaction Log and call list and currently both has same categories.

Can any one guide me to achieve this.

Thanks in advance.

Hi

Yes, pure Multi Level Categorization you assign which Transaction Types will be applicable.

This is done when you assign the Application Area of each Schema

Hi Arden,

Thanks for your response,

I am very much aware that this is pure Multilevel Categorization.

For Application Area I am not able to select the parameter - Transaction Type while creating the Category Schema, currently the parameter maintained is Subject Profile, and both the Transaction type has been maintained with same Subject Profile. Categorization required for Interaction Log, and Type Z001 is of Incoming Call and Type Z002 is of Outgoing Call. When the Interaction log is created for these two Type it should be possible to have different categories. How to achieve this ?.

Thanks & Regards
