Details process:
I have 20- depots, 2 – mother house and 1 – manufacturing plant.
We give the forecast (PIR) from depot to mother warehouse, based on requirement (PR)will be generated from mother warehouse to all depots.
Parallel we will define min-max label ( reorder point )at mother warehouse and based on reorder requirement (PR) will generate from Plant to mother warehouse and manufacturing requirement (Plan order) also generate accordingly for manufacturing plant .
How we will mapped the process in SAP R/3 .please suggest.
Thanks
sush

hi Sush,
As suggested by Caetano, use MRP Aread and special procurement 40 for your depot and mother wharehouse. but the limitation is that. for one plant, you can have only one supplying plant.
Or you need to create different storage locations and MRP Area for different supplying plant.

Solomon
Hi Solomon Macwan ,
there are 5 depot belongs to 1 mother warehouse. we have 20 depot and 4 mother house .
the consolidated (4 -depot ) requirement to a mother warehouse ( 1- mother ware house) is require to create STPR.
parallely based on reorder point STPR will created from manufacturing to individual mother house.
Hello
You need to create an MRP area for each one of those storage locations and create PIRs on the MRP Area Level.
After that you will use a special procurement type, in order to have stock transfers generated by MRP to cover requirements at MRP area level.
On the mother warehouse, you will define a reorder point MRP type (such as VB or V1) and also define a special procurement type to generate stock transfers from the manufacturing plant.

Caetano
