Dispute Managment:error while creating case using FBL5N

Hi All,

While creating a dispute case using FBL5N we are getting the error "Error creating dispute case Message NO:FDM_GENERAL100"in development system. We have compared the configuration with the UAT system(dispute case created successfully) there is no difference.

Have anyone of your faced a similar issue.

Hi

Try running the program FDM_PROCESS_BUFFER or set it up as a background job to run at regular intervals

Hi Sanil,

We have run the program in FSCM dev and ist system, but  getting the error "no data selected from temporary storage". We have the necessary authorization to execute this program

Also , we have never faced this in the past and  suddenly  facing this issue since last 4 days.

Hi Shrinath,

Is the paid amount field being updated in Dispute case, post the payment made against AR invoice ?

If yes, please check the authorization given to the user executing this transaction. Please get a trace done, if SU53 doesn't work.

Hi All,

The issue is resolved, release status was not logged and status was shown Initial in dev/ist in Modeler for Case Records .
