Employee Central Successfactors ODATA API integration

Hi All,

I am trying to fetch data through odata API. By doing so,  I have set all the necessary roles and permission needed for OData protocol and used super admin credentials for accessing the entity. When I try to access the below url, it ask for user name and password, I provide the credentials, it leaves an error message giving the site can't be reached or site is temporarily shut down. I tried to access the same procedure in my client instance but same result.

Could you please help me out what could be possible reason behind this ?

Hi Luke,

Thanks for your input. It works now as I didn't mention to add company name at the end.

For the username, did you use the format <username>@<Company ID> where <username> is the user name of your integration user and <Company ID> is the company ID? For example, apiuser@SFPART001245
