SAP Business One Procurement Confirmation Wizard

In SAP Business One we use the Procurement Confirmation Wizard to convert sales order into purchase order. When we cancel the same purchase order and try to create another purchase order through the procurement confirmation wizard the sales order is not displayed. Is there any way that we can get the same sales order in the procurement confirmation wizard again.

Hi,

This is standard system behavior. Because, the link between sales order and purchase remains same.

Cancel this sales order and create new sales order and then try.

hi Suresh,

After Purchase Order is cancelled, system should not display the Sales order in the Procurement Confirmation Wizard.

Open the same Sales Order and on Right Click, click on duplicate and create another Sales Order as same.  So that the newly created Sales Order will display in the Procurement confirmation Wizard.
