I think the system just reads the data from table  CRMD_OPPORT_H.

check BSP workbench

BT111H_OPPT/SalesStageHistOV

Implementation Class CL_BT111H_O_SALESSTAGEHIS_CN00

check the getter method of the attributes.

Hi,

Sales stage history is retrieved by CL_CRM_UIU_BT_OPPT ~ GET_SLS_STAGE_HISTORY

The sales stage history is from the complete change document and prepared in above method.
