Hi All,

I'm trying to find a proper explanation for the below qs and experts pls help

a) How are the positions updated in the org charts? For ex: if I update my position info in ESS, how does it reflect correctly in succession org chart or company org chart? Do we need to any set up to sync it?

b) What are the different sync activities in successfactors?

c) If a person is assigned in a workflow for approval or cc notification and he is termed, how do we go and update the workflow to assign someone else? Do we need to keep track of people leaving and update the workflow accordingly? Don't we have an automated way to do update? What about the notification he received? how do we send it to the replacement or temp. approver?

Michael - Do you have SuccessFactors Associate certification FROM SuccessFactors as did not notice anything in Credential Manager and do you work for a SF Partner (dont believe so from your interview post).  Assuming you do not, you will not be able to work for a client so curious about your questions.  Maybe some detail will help Chris and I be able to help you.
