You can check your patch level by checking the SAP logon Pad. On Top left corner of the screen you find a menu button on clicking that you find "About SAP logon".It will clearly show you the release and patch level of ur SAP GUI.

Hi,
That's easy. At the top of the logon, you see a title bar with a general version indication. At the most left of it, you'll see an icon. Click on that and choose about SAP logon and you'll get detailed info.
