Change Authorization Data
This option determines if any changes were done to the menu of the role (such as adding a transaction), and if so it will analyze the relationship of transactions to their associated objects in the usob* tables.
Expert:
Delete and recreated does what is says. It deletes the contents then reanalyzes the transactions to their associated objects (USOBT_C, USOBX_C--SU24 entries)
Edit old status does not do a compare. It edits the authorizations as they are even if the role menu was changed.
Read old and merge with new is basically the same as the change auth data button.
Cheers,
Ben

hi,
Export mode : when you start creating new role, you will add new transaction in menu tab...that time we will go for export mode.(first time creation of a role)
Change authorization data : Transaction are same ,but maintaing some changes to authorization objects, so you dont have to go to expert mode,we will have to go to change mode.
Hope this helps you rambabu.
