FTPS with GXS

Hello

I search some where with know how about a ftps connection to gxs (http://www.gxs.com/) with sap ftps adapter. I want send gxs with the adapter a

edi messages.

In the ws-ftp client i need a script with the command cd edi(receiver id).

Have somebody a connection to gxs with xi ftps or a other protocol. (HTTPS , SOAP, ...)

The connection can be established but then it runs in a timeout during the LIST command:

Due to the HELP command LIST should be recognized.

I checked our server and we use this: eur.ftptls.edisrvcs.com

Could be that message handling is different.

These are the other relevant settings for our sender adapter:

Data connection: passive

Connection mode: per file transfer

Transfer mode: text

Yesterday we were in contact with the GXS hotline. They asked us to install CoreFTP Pro and we did the following configuration:

This configuration works but I have absolutely no idea how to put this configuration 1:1 to our PI system. (e.g. connection "FTPS (ssl direct)" and server type "GXS").

Do you have an idea how to implement it?

I quickly looked at it and at first sight, I see nothing strange or crazy parameter which cannot be set in the adapter.

Try to put everything in and test. Also, please ask GXS to monitor incoming traffic to see where you got stuck

Which PI version do you have? How do you configure FTP SSL DIRECT and the server type?

We have a SA PI 7.31.

OK, we have PI 7.1 - maybe your version offers more options.

Did you check the SFTP adapter? Perhaps that could offer a solution for you?

For using SFTP we would need a new contract with our VAN provider. Actually we only have a FTPS contract.
