Hi Anjaneyulu

Follow these steps...

In Integration Repository :

1. Create data type for both the input and output files.

2. Create Message Type for each of these data typ.

3. Create Message Interface for each message type. For the input file Message Inteface's type will be Outbound and for the output file it will be Input.

4. Now create the Message mapping between both the message types.

5. Create Interface mapping between the two interfaces. specify the mapping's name as created in step 4.

In Integration Directory :

1.Right click and select new. Specify the name for ur scenario.

2.Create a new business service and create two communication channel.

3.Specify one channel as sender and set the transport protocol to NFS. Specify the file which is to be taken.

Specify the other channel as receiver and set the transport protocol to NFS. Specify the file which is to be created.

4. Now create sender agreement, receiver determination, interface determination and Receiver agreement. All these things is to be created in this order only. In each specify the sender and receiver services (same in this case).

5. Now go to Integration Repository and go to mapping. Click the test tab and put some value.Click test.

6. Now copy the source for the input message type and paste it into a file and save it as the file which is to be picked (same as the name given in the sender communication channel) and it should be placed in the same location as specified in sender communication channel.

Wait for some time and ur file is created..

Hope this will help you...
