while transport objects from dev to prod transport request not creating

May be all those objects has/had been included in another request.
Are you getting tick mark for your objects after dropping them in transport connector tool ?

After collecting them in transport connector tool, search for them(0LOGSYS and ZNUMADD) and remove the tick mark once . It seems they have been ticked 2 times.
