Hello,
Can you please let me know if the following requirement could be solved using workflow in PS module :
Setting of 'Fully invoiced' status (FNBL) on WBS element in CN02 transaction should trigger the confirmation of network activity (transaction CN25).
How this possibly could be done using workflow ?
Regards, Wieslaw
Hi WG,
you can trigger a workflow for PS through milestone function.
You can create a milestone in CN11 where you can pass your WF-ID as the parameter.
In your milestone, set your status.
Attach the milestone to your Activity.
You need to completely save your Project inorder for your milestone to trigger your WF.
The BOR used for PS milestone is MLST_NETW.
Hope this helps.
Reward if helpful.
Aditya.

Hi,
its possible to raise a workflow on Setting of 'Fully invoiced' status (FNBL) on WBS element in CN02 transaction .
BOR: bus2054
Do status managemnet to raise a evnt of this BOR ( BSVW ).
In the work flow in one of the method of extended BOR,
do the confirmation of network activity thru some bapis, etc.
For confirmation:
BOR: PSAFRU method: NetworkConfirmation.Create
check if this is helpfu
create an instance of this nd check if this method helps.

Hello,
Thank you for the replays I got so far. We'll analyse if they are applicable to our environment.
Referring to Kjetil's mail: at change of WBS status no events are shown in SWEL transaction.
Nuthan: in status mngt BSVW the ony event available with BUS2054 is CREATE.
How can setting on FNBL status be captured if there is no appropriate event. Can a new event (i.e. SETFNBLSTATUS) be defined for BUS2054 ? How this could be done ?
Thanks and regards, Wieslaw
You say nothing about what you have already tried, and since I am not familiar with this, I'll assume you have done nothing and tell you the obvious:
1) Enable event trace (transaction SWELS)
2) Set the status FNBL on a WBS element
3) Check whether any events show up in the trace (transaction SWEL)
If an event shows up you can at least use it to start a workflow (or single task). If no events show up there may be other ways to solve it.
