your config is missing go to tcdoe OKKP, selecet your controling area and then select the tab activate components and make sure they are active and the boxes are ticked
As mentioned by others check if you have activated the componaents in OKKP and also check if you have enter the cost component like cost center, profit center or internal order number as required by the transaction that you are posting in F-02
