Dear All

i want to Configure SNOTE. Please guide me in configuration .

Error in remote connect to destination SAPOSS Error open an RFC Connection

Please Guide where would be the problem. so that i can Download a Note using the SNOTE T-code.

This is correct. The implemented notes you can put in the transport but support packages you can't.

To Apply SAP_APPL and other patches, you use T-code SPAM and SAINT in client 000. The patches you need to apply individually in each of the Systems and not transport them from DEC-QA

Dear All,

i have Done this. eventhough thanks for Downloading the Information . the Same process i did to resolve the Issue.

One more Query :

1) I can download SAP_APPL patches.

2) Can i tranport this Request the QAS or PRD Server.

3) Can we apply all the Notes through SNOTE.

2) If you put these things in the transport you can transport them to QAS and PRD.

3) No, not all notes can be implemmented thrugh SNOTE.

1. Go to SM59

2. Go to ABAP Connections

3. Go to SAPOSS

4. On the tab "Technical Settings" check target host. I assume that you use saprouter.

If everything is OK, check your SAP router tabel. I hope this will help.

Hi,

If you are on VPN and tring to download SNOTE's then you need to configure the settings in "OSS1 - tcode" refer this note :- Note 17285 - Logon to OSS (Transaction OSS1) for step by step procedure.
