Multiple Orders Single Delivery,

What is the Tcode and how it works.

Hi,

transaction code is VL10A. Here you five from and to sales orders and carry out the delivery. The system will generate a number for delivery which you can check in VA02, select the sales order number. Click on document flow. Get the delivery number, go to VL02N and do the PGI.

T.Code: VL10A (Header Level), VL10C (Item Level)

In VL10A / VL10C, Collective Delivery can be done in backgroud, based on certain Parameters like same Ship-to-party, Shipping Condition, etc.

In the CMR shipping tab order combination should ativate

Ship to party

Delivery date

Shipping point.should be same

You can use t-code VL04/VL10A

ship to party,

incoterms ,

delivery date and

shipping point,

Schedule line due date

If such is the case u can combines order into single delivery .

The Tcode for collective processing is VL10A.

Hi,

For single delivery your orders should have the following things in common.

1)ship to party

2)delivery date

3)shipping pt.

If the above things are common then goto transaction VL10a and enter the above data.

you will get single delivery for multiple orders.
