Kerberos UNKNOWN_ERROR

Hi,

I have implemented SPNego authentication on EP7 SP11 portal. Everything is working fine. One issue is after certain period of time users get the message UNKNOWN_ERROR when they launch portal. (For example the user has not rebooted his client machine from previous day). Rebooting the client machine and then launching the portal resolves this.

So, i understand that this is due to the spnego token getting invalidated as per the trace files. Is there any time frame after which the spnego token gets expired ? if so how to increase this ?

Hi Kiran,

we had that error on our 2004s SP08 portal.

Note 934138 fixed our problem (with the microsoft hotfix).

You must call them to download it.
